D25 Online Account Access

 

Active NRF Retailers,  your account in our new online portal, D25, has been created.  D25 will replace the current Remote Order Entry (ROE) platform as part of our upcoming system upgrade.

 

Your D25 username will be the same as your current six digit NRF Customer Code.  To complete your account setup, please navigate to the following link to create your password:

Click the "Forgot User/Password" link and enter in your account username or email address associated with your NRF account.  Your NRF account email will receive a link to reset your D25 password. 

 

D25 is fully web-based and accessible from any internet browser.  The system is currently available in test mode, and we invite you to log in, get familiar with its features and submit test orders at your convenience between now and Monday, July 29th.

 

As part of this transition, ROE will be shut down on Friday, August 1st at 5:30 PM.  The D25 portal will go live on Monday, August 4th at 7:00 AM, and can be accessed via the link provided above or through the NRF website.

 

We encourage you to take a few moments to set up your account and explore the system during this trial phase.  Getting familiar with D25 now will ensure a smooth transition when it officially launches.  If you have issues please Email D25Support@nrfdist.com.
