Customer Point Reward FAQS
1) What are the eligibility requirements?
This program is available to flooring retailers
who have an active account established with NRF.
2) How are points earned?
You may earn points on ALL your products or a limited number of products.
Points accrue based on the size or quantity of your purchases and your
frequency of deliveries.
3) How are points calculated?
When an order is placed, the total quantity of the order will be used to
calculate the amount of points earned. These are added to your account
after shipment. Discounted products are included. Taxes and shipping
fees are excluded. 1 earned point is equivalent to 1 dollar.
4) How do I redeem my points?
Once points are earned and validated, they become immediately available to
redeem by the store owner or authorized party.
5) Do points expire?
Points do not expire and can be accumulated until you decide to redeem them.
6) Do I track my own points?
No. Our comprehensive tracking and reporting system provides a real-time
account status, as well as detailed historical data in an easy to understand
format. Points are also printed directly on the bottom of your invoice.
7) What are my reward choices?
Limitless�
More than any other program in the industry. We offer you the flexibility to
redeem your points for anything you want. You choose the rewards based on your
own personal needs.
8) How do points affect my business?
NRF does not currently issue you a 1099 for any point redemption transaction, but
we do advise for you to always consult your accountant regarding points and their
affects on your business.
